BRIDAL MAKEUP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they are considered legally binding, and upon booking, you agree to and are bound to these terms outlined below:

• It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions outlined.

• A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee amounting to 50% of the full agreed-upon cost is required to secure your wedding date.  This fee ensures the reservation and commitment to services.  The fee will be deducted from the final payment.

• You will receive written confirmation of your wedding day booking, once your booking fee has been received. 

• The agreed-upon cost is for a minimum of four faces, or equivalent to the value of four faces, regardless of any last minute changes or cancellations within the bridal party. The full value agreed upon when booking, will be charged.  

• Once the booking is confirmed, a decrease in numbers will not be accepted, however you may add additional people to your original booking (should time permit on the day) at an additional cost. 

• The balance of payment is to be finalised 7 days prior to the wedding day (bank transfer preferred).

• A Bridal Makeup Trial is required with each booking. Trials are conducted at the Armstrong Creek/Geelong studio.

• Should the wedding date be postponed due to State Government COVID restrictions, the booking fee can be transferred to a new date (if available), within 12 months.

• Additional fees may apply for travel or early morning appointments.  Details regarding these fees will be communicated beforehand and are the responsibility of the client.

• Sundays (public holidays/long weekends) - Price on Application.

• If paid parking is necessary at the venue or designated location, the client will be responsible for covering these additional charges.

• Refunds are not offered for any completed services, therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify the artist whilst they are on location.

• You acknowledge and agree to disclose any medical or other conditions known to you which a reasonable person would disclose, including but not limited to skin sensitivity conditions and general allergies for yourself and other members of your bridal party who are receiving a makeup service.  In doing so, you agree that Makeup by Tania Ferguson is not liable for, and will indemnify Makeup by Tania Ferguson from any claims, liabilities, costs, loss and causes of action relating to the personal injury or death, arising directly or indirectly, as a result of your failure to disclose pertinent information relating to medical and other conditions.

• You give permission for Makeup by Tania Ferguson to use any images for advertising purposes (this includes advertising on the website, social media, third party media and marketing).
