Booking Terms & Conditions

By securing a booking with Makeup by Tania Ferguson, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These have been created to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for all clients.

Booking Fee & Confirmation

A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee of 50% of the total cost (or an agreed fee) is required to secure your wedding date. This fee confirms your reservation and commitment to the services and will be deducted from the final balance. Your wedding date is not considered secured until the booking fee has been received and written confirmation of your booking has been provided.

Minimum Booking Requirements

The agreed booking fee and service cost are based on a minimum of four makeup applications, or equivalent value of four faces. This minimum commitment remains payable regardless of any last-minute changes, reductions, or cancellations within the bridal party.

Once your booking is confirmed, reductions in numbers cannot be accepted. Additional people may be added to your booking (subject to time availability on the day) at an additional cost.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding day.  Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment.

Bridal Preview (Makeup Trial)

A bridal preview is required as part of each wedding booking (this is an additional cost to your Bridal Proposal). Trials are held at the Armstrong Creek/Geelong studio and provide the opportunity to create your desired bridal look prior to your wedding day.

Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for travel outside the standard service area or early morning start times (for example, prior to 8am). Please consider this when planning elements such as a first look with your photographer. Any applicable fees will be communicated prior to booking (and included in the Bridal Proposal)and remain the responsibility of the client. If paid parking is required at the venue or designated location, these additional costs will be the responsibility of the client.

Sundays, public holidays, and long weekends are available at a price on application.

Satisfaction & Services

Refunds are not available for completed services. If you have any concerns regarding your makeup application, please communicate these with Tania while she is on location so every effort can be made to address them at the time.

Health & Allergies

The client agrees to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or skin concerns for themselves and any members of the bridal party receiving makeup services.​ By providing this information, you acknowledge that Makeup by Tania Ferguson cannot be held responsible for reactions or issues arising from undisclosed information relating to medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.

Photography & Image Consent

By booking Makeup by Tania Ferguson, you provide permission for images of completed makeup applications to be used for promotional purposes, including the website, social media, third-party media, and marketing materials.  If you prefer your images not to be shared, please communicate this prior to your wedding day.
